TRAFALGAR CENTRE - CAPACITY & ACOUSTICS/SOUND QUALITY.
Nigel Weeks, thank you for raising with me your uncertainties regarding the capacity & acoustics at the Trafalgar Centre. 
You will be pleased to know a reassessment of the capacity has been undertaken & the Centre can now accommodate 5,514 people (previously 2,791), which will mean a greater utilisation of this important community asset. Nigel, the Trafalgar Centre staff are very happy to arrange a time for the Nelson City Brass to hold a rehearsal at the TC to check the sound quality.
Alternatively there is an event coming up which TC staff could obtain permission for you to attend during their sound check, to give you an idea if the venue is suitable for the Nelson City Brass.
